I am a professionally-qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and a registered member of BACP and BAATN with a background in mental health, education and the media. I offer a genuine and non-judgemental talking therapy service to help with general anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress-related problems, cultural and work-related issues.

My approach is creative, relational and person-centred. I recognise that life can be busy and complex, so I offer short-term or open-ended bookings with flexible evening and weekend appointments, currently available by telephone or online.
