I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor working from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual model of human distress. Being “integrative” means I bring together a range of humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, somatic & CBT approaches in my work, enabling me to work from a variety of perspectives and tailor therapy to your individual, evolving needs.

I specialise in working with depression, anger, guilt, family estrangement, intercultural partnership and existential distress. I also work extensively with anxiety, relationship/workplace issues, life transitions, difficult parental relationships, ostracism and shame. I offer both open-ended and short-term psychotherapy, in person or online/by telephone.
