At times of crisis, struggle and loss everyone of us, young and old, can find ourselves in need of professional help. My practice is based on many years of working with children and adults and a diverse range of trainings and qualifications gained in the UK and USA. I currently with children and young people in Hertfordshire and Essex Schools as well as in private practice with adults in Hertford, and Chiswick, London, and in the workplace with adults wishing to address work related issues.

My experience ranges from working with the hospitalised child and their parents since 1992 and with adults and young people since 2000. I have worked with those suffering bereavement, abuse and loss and separation and difficulties resulting from changes and illness. Since 2007 I work with those suffering from addictive behaviours and phobias. For those working through career and work related issues I offer specialist face to face and telephone programmes.

From £45- £75 per session - depending on age, and appropriate approach required.
