In relationship and couples therapy we’ll look at the deeper issues that need to be dealt with. We’ll work on bringing out the best in you and your relationship. We’ll explore its strengths, and see what needs to change to improve your situation. You’ll receive the necessary emotional support, as well as learn practical skills to help you deal with your personal concerns.

In psychosexual therapy together we will talk through your sexual concerns and explore your feelings around sexuality. Often you will be given exercises to carry out at home, either on your own or with your partner. The good news is Sex Therapy is often successful, with many clients saying their sex life is more fulfilling. I work with a wide range of issues, from general sex education, to anxiety over virginity, erectile dysfunction, delayed ejaculation, rapid ejaculation, low libido, painful sex and vaginismus.
